(三)初選第三階段：2月9日中午12:00~2月11日上午10:00
(1)選課時間：24小時不關機
(2)選課分發：2月11(三)上午10:00關機，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
(四)開學後加退選：2月23日中午12:00~3月6日上午10:00 (最後選課截止為3月6日上午10:00)
(1)選課時間：每日中午12:00至次日10:00止。
(2)選課分發：每日上午10:00至中午12:00進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發。

本校重視高階研究人才，推出「博」學大禮包，特訂定博士生博學獎學金試辦作業要點，自112學年度起適用。[教務處相關公告資訊]

一、獎勵對象:
(一)112至113學年度 經本校錄取並註冊入學之博士班一年級新生及博士班二年級在學生（含逕修讀博士學位及2月提前入學者）。
(二)114學年度起經本校錄取並註冊入學之博士班一年級新生（含逕修讀博士學位及2月提前入學者）。

二、獎學金金額：
每名博士生核給在學期間其實際所繳學雜費金額(以本校公告之學雜費收費標準辦理)之博學獎學金，惟其所繳學雜費不包括教育學程學分費、音樂個別指導費。

三、申請期間 :
113學年第1學期博學獎學金為114年3月1日至114年4月1日
113學年第2學期博學獎學金為114年9月1日至114年10月1日

  逾期系統將關閉不受理，請於申請期限內完成申請，若因此影響自身權益，概由同學自行負責。

I. Eligibility:

• For the academic years 2023 to 2024, the Erudite Scholarship will be awarded to first-year students who have been admitted into and enrolled in a NYCU’s PhD program, as well as second-year PhD students (including students in direct pursuit of a doctoral degree or who have early admission on February)).
• Starting from the academic year 2025, the Erudite Scholarship will be awarded to first-year students who have been admitted into and enrolled in a NYCU’s PhD program (including students in direct pursuit of a doctoral degree or who have early admission on February).

II. The Amount of Scholarship:
Each eligible PhD student will be granted a scholarship equivalent to the tuition and fees they’ve paid, the amount of which is subject to the announcement by NYCU; however, the tuition and fees do not include the credit fees for the Teacher Education Program or individual instruction fees for music majors.

III.  Online application opening date:
the First Semester of the 2025 Academic Year : From March 1, 2025 to April 1, 2025
the Second Semester of the 2025 Academic Year : From September 1, 2025 to October 1, 2025

 Late applications will not be accepted as the system will be closed.

本校AATL簽章學位證書於114年5月正式開放申請，係與臺灣網路認證公司(TWCA)合作發放。
AATL(Adobe Approved Trust List,AATL)簽章是國外廣泛使用的數位簽章憑證，當文件在國際使用跟流通時可以被直接驗證和信任，大幅提升驗證便利性。
本校將「已發行」的教育部數位學位證書，透過AATL憑證技術進行數位簽章，簽章後的數位學位證書，可以直接以Adobe Acrobat Reader開啟電子文件驗證發行單位與真偽性。

開放對象：110學年度以後完成畢業離校程序，已領取數位學位證書之畢業生。
申請路徑：登入【學籍成績文件申請系統】，點選「電子檔文件申請」。
收取費用：NT$ 200/份(AATL簽章學位證書目前未開放補發，請妥善保管)。
