Areas of Research

Program in Molecular Medicine is a Ph.D. degree program jointly organized by Academia Sinica and NYCU. The MMP program currently has over 100 faculty members whose research projects encompass both basic and clinically-oriented research in Neuroscience, Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, and Cancer. It has state-of-the –art facilities for bioinformatics, omic studies, single-cell analysis, advanced microscopy, electrophysiology, and animal experiments. The program is designed to offer specific trainings and research opportunities to Ph.D. students who are
interested in working on the frontiers of biomedical sciences.
